2)Structure
Aluminum-zinc coated steel sheet is electroplated with a plating solution composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon. Its processability and paintability are basically the same as those of galvanized steel sheet.

Acrylic resin is the key material for bonding steel plates and colored sand. It also serves as a protective layer on the surface of the colored sand to prevent rainwater leakage in details and extend the life of the sand color.
